Naresh Kumar was born into a family with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality. His career began at the renowned TAJ Campton in San Francisco, a Michelin-starred restaurant, where he started as a server. The high standards of service and the pursuit of excellence inspired him to move into leadership roles within the restaurant industry. In 2014, Naresh joined RASA, beginning his journey from server to Manager.
With a focus on creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere, Naresh's leadership has been instrumental in shaping the guest experience at RASA. His hands-on management style, coupled with his dedication to fostering a motivated and cohesive team, has helped maintain RASA’s elevated standards of fine dining. Over the years, Naresh has played a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, from overseeing daily operations to collaborating closely with the culinary and beverage teams.
Today, Naresh continues to bring his expertise and passion for hospitality to RASA, driving its success in delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
